The registration fee for the conference is $420.00 per delegate.  This includes access to all sessions, conference notes, morning and afternoon tea and lunch on both Tuesday and Wednesday, plus the conference dinner on Tuesday evening. 

The fee for attending the two-day short course will be $400.00 per delegate.  This fee includes course notes, morning and afternoon tea and lunch on the Sunday and Monday, and the informal dinner on the Sunday evening.

For a delegate attending both the conference and the short course, the total registration fee will be $820.00.  This is actually $50.00 LESS than the corresponding fee charged at the Hamilton conference in 2008.  This is possible because significant sponsorship has been negotiated for running the short course (details later).  We hope this will encourage strong attendance at both events.

The registration fees for both the conference and short course are payable to the Australian Near Infrared Spectroscopy Group (or ANISG), and a cheque must be sent IN ADVANCE with the completed registration form (attached).  THE DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF REGISTRATIONS IS FRIDAY 19TH MARCH 2010. 

Alternatively, payment may be made by electronic bank transfer.  The relevant details of the ANISG bank account are as follows:

If electronic transfer is used, it is VITAL that the transaction is clearly identified USING THE DELEGATE’S SURNAME AS WELL AS THE ORGANISATION PAYING THE REGISTRATION.  We have had many problems in the past trying to match up names with payments.

Payment will also be possible using credit cards, courtesy of the Australasian Grain Science Association, which has again kindly allowed ANISG to use their credit card facilities.  It is not financially viable for an organisation like ANISG to have this facility itself.  If you pay by credit card, there will be a surcharge of $20.00 on your registration fee (see registration form).
