Registration - short course and/or conference

The registration fee for the conference will be $320.00 per delegate.  This includes access to all sessions, conference notes, morning and afternoon tea and lunch on both Wednesday and Thursday, plus the conference dinner on Wednesday evening. 

The fee for attending the three-day course will be $550.00 per delegate.  This fee includes course notes, morning and afternoon tea and lunch on the Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, BBQ dinner on the Sunday evening, dinner at Port Fairy on the Monday evening and coach travel from Hamilton to Port Fairy and return.  Accommodation costs are not included.  Please fill in the appropriate section of the conference registration form if you wish to attend the course.

The registration fees for both the conference and short course are payable to the Australian Near Infrared Spectroscopy Group (or ANISG), and a cheque must be sent IN ADVANCE with the completed registration form (attached).  THE DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF REGISTRATIONS IS FRIDAY 7TH MARCH 2008. 

Alternatively, payment may be made by electronic bank transfer.  The relevant details of the ANISG bank account are as follows:

If electronic transfer is used, it is VITAL that the transaction is clearly identified USING THE DELEGATE’S SURNAME AS WELL AS THE ORGANISATION PAYING THE REGISTRATION.  We have had many problems in the past trying to match up names with payments.

Payment will also be possible using credit cards, courtesy of the newly formed Australasian Grain Science Association, which has kindly allowed ANISG to use their credit card facilities.  It is not financially viable for an organisation like ANISG to have this facility itself.  If you pay by credit card, there will be a surcharge of $20.00 on your registration fee (see registration form). 

Receipts/invoices will be provided to all delegates when they register for the short course or the conference.
